Community-rooted development in The Gambia
Community-rooted development in The Gambia Advancing education, sustainable livelihoods, and cultural and spiritual heritage through community-rooted action.
Who We Are
We are a mission-driven foundation committed to improving opportunities and well-being in underserved communities, particularly in rural areas.
The Fuladu Foundation works alongside communities to support education, strengthen sustainable livelihoods, and preserve cultural and spiritual heritage. Our work focuses on practical initiatives that respond to locally identified needs while helping communities build stronger and more resilient futures.
Our approach begins with listening, building trusted partnerships, and supporting solutions that communities can sustain over time.
The Fuladu Foundation works with rural communities in The Gambia to expand access to essential services such as clean water, support education, promote sustainable livelihoods, and preserve cultural and spiritual heritage. Guided by the RISE principles ( Respect, Integrity, Solidarity, and Engagement ), we believe that meaningful and lasting impact is achieved by working together with communities and supporting solutions rooted in local knowledge and priorities.
